The Inn at Buck Hollow Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Although we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit (minimum one night's room rate) we more often take your credit card number without actually processing the deposit. Our cancellation policy is 14 days.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of any deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for the ENTIRE cost of your reservation and will be billed for any amount not previously taken as a deposit. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Deposits will be refunded if we can rebook your room.
Rates for small business groups, meetings, retreats, private parties, and receptions upon request. Soft drinks, beer, wine, laundry service, copier, and fax machine are available. We hope you will enjoy our smoke-free atmosphere.
